1. We would prefer some sort of concrete resource as opposed to a written history, sorry about that - if there's nothing more cohesive than that we're going to have to say no.
2. There's no in-game provided way to nullify the effects of that; just keep in mind that the character is also going to be in a high-stress situation and under a good amount of duress as it stands, and things like that may make the experience more difficult/may contribute to the character becoming unplayable, so they may not be a good fit for the game overall.
